These scissors are designed to resemble the beloved sword of Nobushige Sanada, a prominent Japanese samurai and military commander during the late Sengoku (Warring States) period. He is regarded as one of the greatest and most heroic warriors in Japanese history, earning the nickname "The Last Sengoku Hero" and "Crimson Demon of War." The sheath features the Sanada family crest, "Rokumonsen" (six coins).
Handcrafted in Seki City, Japan, a region with an 800-year tradition of blade-making dating back to the Kamakura period, these scissors honour a legacy of precision and artistry. The Seki swords became renowned nationwide for their artistry and practicality, celebrated for being "unbreakable, unbending, and exceptionally sharp."
